The reigning Miss Hibiscus Festival Queen, Melania Tora & Liebling Marlow, first crowned queen of the inaugural festival in 1956.
The two Queens officially met today at the Pearce Home, located on the corner of Butt and Gordon Streets in Suva. Today’s visit symbolized the festival’s legacy while embracing the promising future it continues to shape.
Seventy years on and now a resident at Pearce Home, Ms Marlow still exudes the timeless radiance that has defined her since being crowned the first Queen of the Mother of All Festivals.
