The Council has the role to inform developers on what the people can take advantage of. We also provide development projects which will benefit the people of Suva in the foreseeable future.
Suva is a great place to live, work and to do business. Our aim is to ensure that we can balance out all the elements that a great place needs while also making the process for people to buy, build, develop and invest in Suva as seamless as possible.
If you intend to subdivide land, develop or use land or buildings, or conduct business-related work from home, it is likely that you will require a Council Permit. To assist you with your intentions, the Council provides these services to suit your investment.
