If you pay your SCC rates in full within the period of 1st January 2021 – 28th February 2021, you get 7% discount on 2021 Rates.
Note: 7% discount is not applicable to Arrears and Garbage Fees.
Refer to your Rates Invoice Summary and follow these steps to calculate rates due for 2021:
Step 1: Arrears Rates as per invoice- no discount applicable here
Step 2: Apply 7% discount to ‘2021 Rates (January – July)’
Step 3: Garbage Fees as per invoice- no discount applicable here
Step 1 + Step 2 + Step 3 = Total Rates due after 7% discount.
